MICHAEL K. RUNYAN
Michael K. Runyan, a graduate of Auburn University started working with the Frank J. Rooney Company in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1971. He moved up through the company to the position of Vice President in charge of Marketing and Governmental Projects. Mr. Runyan started Mycon Corporation in 1981, with an extensive list of construction projects throughout the Eastern United States. He went on to start BJ&K Construction, Inc. in 1995 to focus on apartment type construction. Mr. Runyan is the President and Owner of BJ&K Construction, Inc. and Mycon Corporation.

JULIE RUNYAN
Julie Runyan has worked with Mycon Corporation and BJ&K Construction, Inc. since April 1981. Mrs. Runyan is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BJ&K Construction, Inc. with extensive knowledge and background in the accounting and financial departments, subcontract management and HUD labor relations.

STEVEN J. WOOD
Steven J. Wood is Vice President and Chief Estimator for BJ&K Construction, Inc./Mycon Corporation since April 1990 and has extensive knowledge and background in project bidding, estimating, production scheduling, subcontractor selection and contract negotiation. Mr. Wood currently is the chief estimator and project coordinator of all new projects. Mr. Wood is well versed on Design Build and team approved evaluation.

ROBERT RUNYON
Robert P. Runyon, a graduate of Purdue University, has worked for BJ&K Construction, Inc./Mycon Corporation since September 1982. His knowledge of project management of multi-million dollar construction projects, direction of subcontractors, contract negotiation, material expediting, field engineering, labor supervision; just to list a few, have proven to be valuable assets. Mr. Runyon currently manages and oversees several projects.
